A cuisine is a specific set of cooking traditions and practices, often associated with a specific culture or region. Each cuisine involves food preparation in a particular style, of food and drink of particular types, to produce individually consumed items or distinct meals. A cuisine is frequently named after the region or place where it originated. A cuisine is primarily influenced by the ingredients that are available locally or through trade. Religious food laws can also exercise a strong influence on such culinary practices.

On our website you will be taken on a journey through the Cuisines around the globe.

We take you on a journey through Asia where you are able to indulge in Cuisine that spans from The South West – India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Burma

The North East – China, Korea, Japan

The South East – Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam, Indonesia ,Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei

We then take on a relaxing tour of Europe with the French Cuisine and Italian Cuisine where you can find mouth- watering displays of food from the food lovers of the world.

Last but not least we enter the West Indies Food is a very important aspect of many family traditions and Caribbean culture. During holidays and other special events, it is not uncommon for people to spend many days preparing food. Caribbean dishes are often comprised of indigenous, European, American, Chinese, and African influences.

We aim to educate you on the world cuisine to allow you a stress free way of selecting your cuisine when you travel with your family and friends to these various countries or territory.
